As well as being a great tattoo artist, Heather is also taking on non-tattoo commissions.   She is able to work from real life and photographs, usually pet portraits, but anything is possible.   She charges reasonable rates but due to the current work load at Rising Phoenix Tattoo UK commissions can take up to 6 weeks from submission of design to finished painting.   She works in several mediums including Water colour, Acrylic, pencil, pen and ink.   Please e-mail us or call us for commission requests.   As a rough guide an un-framed A5 water colour portrait of a dog would cost about £50.
